The staff were very amiable with any request. The room I stayed in was good modern with tv. A lounge area and heavy curtains worked well...

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

The room was clean, roomy and quiet. Lovely experience of a true miner's cottage. High "small corrugated" ceilings and old fireplaces were charming. Good air conditioning and heaters. Beds, linen, and cutlery suitably clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
